Responsibilities Support lead teachers in preparing and organizing Montessori materials and classroom environments to promote independent learning. Assist in delivering engaging lessons focused on literacy, math, early childhood development, and social-emotional skills. Supervise children during activities, ensuring safety, behavior management, and positive interactions. Help implement individualized learning plans for children using Montessori philosophy Facilitate classroom routines such as snack time, and transitions to maintain a structured environment. Collaborate with teachers to observe student progress and contribute to curriculum development efforts. Maintain clear communication with children, parents, and staff to support consistent educational support and behavioral guidance. Requirements Prior experience working with young children in childcare, preschool, daycare, or educational support roles. Knowledge of early childhood education principles, including Montessori methods and childhood development is a plus. Strong classroom management skills combined with patience and positive reinforcement techniques Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Ability to work collaboratively within a team of educators while demonstrating initiative and flexibility.
