  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated PreK Assistant Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team.
In this role, you will support lead teachers in creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young learners. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help foster a love of learning in preschool children, ensuring their developmental needs are met through thoughtful activities and compassionate care. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards and curriculum goals Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities focused on literacy, math, and classroom management Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration Supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, meal times, and transitions to promote positive behavior management Support individualized learning by working with children with diverse needs, including those with autism or disabilities Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and classroom events Assist with classroom organization, materials preparation, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a productive learning space Experience Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings is preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early education methodologies such as Montessori or other curriculum approaches is advantageous Experience with special education strategies, behavior management techniques, and working with children with disabilities or autism is highly valued Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with children and parents Classroom experience involving lesson planning, literacy education, math activities, and toddler care will strengthen your application Join us in shaping the future by inspiring young minds!
