Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and small-group assistance to students during lessons and activities. Support the instructional needs of students with individualized learning plans. Foster an inclusive and safe classroom environment. Follow lesson plans and supervision guidelines from teachers and staff. Assist in supervising students and upholding daily routines. Communicate professionally with staff, students, and families. Encourage independence, confidence, and positive social development.

Qualifications:

Valid Washington State paraprofessional credential/license or an Associate's Degree. Previous experience working with children, especially in special education, is preferred. Strong attendance record and a collaborative, student-focused work ethic. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
