Floater/Breaker

Position Summary:

Where We Shine Early Learning Center in Lacey WA. We are looking for caring, compassionate flexible teacher. You must have experience caring for children, teaching curriculum and leading activities. We are committed to providing top quality care and education for students who are enrolled in our programs. Looking for upbeat energetic people who have a passion for working with children. Please be specific on what age groups you have previously worked with in the past and please submit an updated resume. This position is for a floater/breaker.

Job Duties:

• Assisting teachers with daily activities
• Covering breaks/lunches
• Assisting the Director/Assistant director with tasks
• Monitor children during outdoor activities and interact with the children to enhance their learning
• Assist with activities in accordance with curriculum objectives, developmentally appropriate practices, and program philosophy
• Other duties as assigned
