Immediate Teacher/Assistant Teacher Openings! First Steps is a full day year-round program serving 6 weeks to 8 year-old children. We provide quality early care within a nurturing & educational environment. We are looking for staff of quality. We are hiring for a floater positions to help teachers in all classrooms get daily task achieved and aid. Or fill in when a teacher is out. We are hiring child care teachers and assistants to work in our positive, warm, and supportive child care environment. Teachers are responsible for supervising, nurturing, and caring for the children by providing appropriate activities, & consistent routines. First steps provides full time employees with paid time off, holidays off and discount childcare. Candidates must meet the minimum
DCYF WAC
requirements including but not limited to the passing of the criminal background check. The shift hours we are hiring for are 130-6pm or 2pm-6pm shift monday through Friday no weekends. Age is working with range from infant to before and after School kids.
Job Types:
Part-time Pay:
$17.25 per hour or 19.00with CDA or education requirements in early childhood education. Will train and help get required education needs met at starting wage of minimum wage.
