Summary Moses Lake Christian Academy (MLCA) is seeking a part-time educational assistant for the 2026-27 school year. This position will assist in providing instruction and supervision of students. The ideal candidate will nurture students academically, spiritually, and socially. This position reports to the Director.

Salary Range:

Assist teaching staff with small group instruction. Supervise students during lunch, recess, and pick-up/drop-off times. Work effectively with groups or individual students with or without supervision. Uphold and model Christian values, demonstrating Christ-like leadership and behavior in and out of the classroom. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school-related activities. Other job-related duties as assigned. Requirements A clear testimony of faith, regular church attendance, and agreement with the school's statement of faith. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to remain positive, flexible, calm, and patient in all situations. Passion for working with a variety of students. Punctual and dependable. Must pass a background check and meet all school and state requirements.Pay:
