This is an essential role in the classroom with different responsibilities. Responsibilities . Provide support to students Supervise and engage with children during classroom activities, ensuring a safe and positive environment. Help manage classroom behavior and promote positive interactions among students. Support the care of children by helping them with food, changing diapers, cleaning up after themself. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space. Communicate effectively with other staff . Requirements A reliable worker who will show up consistently for their shifts. Strong skills in classroom management and the ability to foster a supportive learning environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others. A passion for nurturing children's growth and development.
