Required Education:

High School Diploma OR 60 college credits

OR Associates Degree Required Experience:

Experience working with adolescents in a supervisory capacity preferred.

Responsibilities:

Ensure safety for students and staff throughout the school day through active supervision, protocols and routines, and situational awareness Front door, hallway, parking lot, and lunchroom supervision Partner with school administration for student support Follow protocols and procedures to ensure safety Other duties as assigned

Strong teamwork & communication skills Consistency and ability to be predictable in demeanor and action, including doing what we as adults say we are going to do Appreciation of and enjoyment of adolescent learners and ability to build positive relationships Reliability and punctuality through multiple transitions throughout the day Situational awareness Cultural Proficiency in working across difference Ability to navigate technical tools, including communication tools like chat, email, student information systems and cameras
