WORK AS A TEAM.
- This is a great opportunity for those who are in school to become educators, and need mentoring or practicum hours.
- 6pm range (hours are flexible and may change weekly and shifts vary).
FLEXIBILITY IS A MUST.
The hours are anywhere in the 7:30 am- 6pm range.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Create engaging lesson plans that promote literacy, numeracy, and social skills development
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and behavior
- Work with children with special needs, including those with autism spectrum disorder
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and classroom management strategies ## Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working in a preschool, daycare, or private school setting
- Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues effectively
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
- Familiarity with literacy education techniques and early childhood curriculum development Resumes are required with references.
