Job Description
POSITION
#322-CLS-08-26 JROTC Para-Educator @ Wenatchee High 6 hours per day /191 days per yearSalary:
$20.51- $22.
- Assist JROTC instructors in the planning and implementation of instructional activities and lesson plans.
- Provide individualized support to students, helping them understand and apply JROTC principles and concepts.
- Supervise students during classroom activities, drills, and events, ensuring a safe and respectful environment.
- Help maintain classroom materials, supplies, and equipment, ensuring they are organized and accessible.
- Support the development of student leadership skills through mentoring and guidance.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of JROTC events, competitions, and community service projects.
- Communicate effectively with students, instructors, and parents regarding student progress and behavior.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required.
