Desired Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or in a similar supportive educational role Ability to foster a welcoming and respectful atmosphere for all students Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working with students of diverse abilities and backgrounds Basic understanding of classroom routines and school policies Willingness to collaborate with teachers, specialists, and staff to implement individualized instructional strategies High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred

Key Responsibilities:
