Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Teacher to join our Infant Classroom (Ages 6 weeks
  • 18 months).
The ideal candidate will have a background in early childhood education, enjoy working with infants and young children and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for all ages. As an Assistant Teacher, you will be responsible for assisting the lead with daily classroom tasks like: implementing engaging lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and supporting the growth and development of each child in your care. In the role of Assistant Infant Teacher you will be doing basic infant care throughout the day.
For example:
feeding bottles, changing diapers, comforting when infant is upset, supporting tummy time, singing songs, reading books, doing art projects, helping soothe infant for nap times and recording daily activities on our Parent app through out the day. Responsibilities Assist the Lead Teacher in managing classroom activities effectively to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all students. Interact daily with parents. Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing behavior management strategies to support positive interactions among students. Foster an inclusive environment that accommodates children with developmental disabilities. Incorporate Montessori principles into daily activities to promote independent learning. Experience Familiarity with children ages 6 weeks
  • 24 months is preferred.
Experience in behavior management techniques is highly desirable. A background in early childhood education or related fields is preferred. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is beneficial. Join us in making a difference in the lives of young learners!
