Qualifications and Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in delivering instructional activities and reinforcing lesson content Provide individualized or small-group support to students Help monitor student behavior and classroom participation Support students with special needs, adapting materials and strategies as needed Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment Document student progress and communicate observations to the teaching team Supervise students during lunch, recess, or transitions as assigned
