9684741-53555 Job Description Make a meaningful impact in early education by supporting young learners as a dedicated paraprofessional in a school setting near Lodi, WI. This contract role offers hands-on experience with early childhood caseloads, working with PreK through 2nd grade students, and provides the chance to collaborate closely with a supportive educational team. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule of 27.5 hours per week (5.5 hours per day, Monday through Friday) and runs from as soon as possible through the end of the school year. With individualized attention for small groupstypically 1 to 3 studentsyoull play an important role in helping children develop critical academic and social skills.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Valid Wisconsin Special Education Paraprofessional Certification (required) Experience supporting young children, preferably in an early childhood or elementary classroom Patience, empathy, and ability to build rapport with students of varying needs Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliability and a collaborative mindset
