Paraprofessional - LMC/Tech Skokie - Morton Grove School District 69 Madison, WI $24.17 an hour $24.17 an hour
Job Summary:
The LMC/Tech Paraprofessional will assist in providing a well-organized, safe, and smoothly functioning School Library.
Organizational Relationship:
The LMC/Tech Paraprofessional reports directly to the Building Administration, receiving guidance from the Librarian.
Qualifications:
Illinois State Board of Education Professional Licensure, required PEL, preferred SUB or PARA, required General understanding of spreadsheets, databases, word processing and other computer applications Familiarity with Google Apps, Microsoft Office, Computer Troubleshooting and iOS, preferred Willingness and ability to learn new technologies as they are adopted by the District Ability to exercise sound judgment in making decisions regarding the safety and welfare of students Ability to speak, write, read and understand English For full job description

Salary and Benefits:
Starting hourly rate of pay is $24.17. Salary is established by the Board of Education and PSRP agreement. For more information regarding salary and benefits, visit our District Employment page. The LMC/Tech Paraprofessional works 8.5 hours per day (7.5 paid hours and 0.5 unpaid lunch). The work year includes 190 days plus 10 paid holidays for a total of 200 paid days (1,600 paid hours per year). The Board of Education will pay 100% of the premium cost of Employee Only HMO coverage. The Board of Education will pay 90% of Employee Only PPO Coverage. The Board of Education will pay 70% of the HMO premium for dependent coverage (Family, Employee + Spouse, Employee + Children).
