This position focuses on early childhood and elementary students, specifically serving PreK-2nd grade. As a paraprofessional, you will work directly with 1-3 students, making a measurable difference in their school experience. This contract role runs ASAP through the end of the school year (EOSY), with a consistent schedule of 5.5 hours per day, five days per week, for a total of 27.5 hours weekly.

Desired Qualifications:

Valid Wisconsin Special Education Paraprofessional Certification (required) Previous experience working with early childhood or elementary-aged children preferred Ability to provide support in both academic and behavioral settings Strong communication and organizational skills Reliability, compassion, and a genuine passion for working with young children Team-player mindset, comfortable collaborating with teachers and school staff

Key Responsibilities:
