Your responsibilities will include working under the direct supervision of the special education teacher, ensuring you play an integral role in the classroom setting. You may be called upon to assist with a variety of needs, including health care support, academic guidance, and behavior management, adapting to the diverse needs of students across grade levels. Desired Qualifications:

Current special education program aide license or special education license in another area Experience or interest in working with students in special education settings Strong teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate with teachers and other staff Ability to assist with health care tasks and behavioral support as directed Effective communication and adaptability to changing classroom needs
