Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent or be continually enrolled in a GED program working towards successful completion Must meet all required qualifications and competency pursuant to W. Va. Code Must hold either an Aide II or higher certificate issued by the West Virginia Department of Education Criminal background check may be required as appropriate Complete all required county and WVDE trainings Will include all lifting, health, personal care and transportation responsibilities The ability to perform the job duties and responsibilities as contained in the Job Description, with or without reasonable accommodations

Additional Minimum Requirements:

Applicants who have recent unsatisfactory evaluations will not be eligible for consideration. Applicants who demonstrate unsatisfactory interview performance are not eligible for consideration. Applicants who receive unfavorable reference recommendations are not eligible for consideration. Applicants who have been dismissed or who have had their contracts non-renewed for cause are not eligible for consideration.
