Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant educational community. In this role, you will support classroom teachers in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for children across various age groups, including preschool and early childhood settings. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help foster a love of learning, promote developmental growth, and ensure each child's individual needs are met. Duties Manage classroom behavior for 2 to 6 year olds through positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques to create a safe and respectful environment. Help prepare and maintain classroom environment and materials as directed by the lead teacher and director Requirements Prior experience working with children in classroom settings, childcare centers, or preschool environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of early childhood education principles, Montessori methods, or preschool curricula is advantageous. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with other teachers Ability to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere. Certification in childhood development or early childhood education is a plus; relevant coursework or training is beneficial. Demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusive environments that support literacy education, math skills, toddler care, and overall childhood development.
