Assistant Teacher at

Montessori Preschool Location:

Position:

Assistant Teacher Type:

Part-Time (5 mornings per week- or 5 afternoons per week), or

Full-time Hours:

About 20 hours per week, with potential for additional hours. Weekends off, and holiday breaks. Opportunity for full-time for the right candidate.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older Some knowledge of the Montessori philosophy (a belief in its principles is essential) Ability to pass a background check Willingness to undergo necessary training Reliable transportation First aid certification Excellent communication skills Ability to work well with others A genuine love for children and joy in their success

Responsibilities:

Assisting the lead teacher in daily activities and lessons Supporting children's learning and development Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment Communicating effectively with children, parents, and staff
