Job Description

Serve as a member of the Park 1 Virtual School team by assisting students, families, and staff in supporting a successful virtual learning environment. Help provide onboarding and orientation for new virtual students and families; assist with technology setup; provide weekly tutoring and academic support; monitor student engagement and progress; maintain attendance and student records; assist with communication to families; provide administrative support to the Virtual School Coordinator; and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school graduate required. Proficiency with Learning Management Systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff. Experience in tutoring, educational support, or a school setting preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality and organize multiple tasks.

Salary:

District Support Services Wage Schedule - Clerk/Paraeducator Category (2026-2027), step 1 - $18.65 per hour

Employment Term:

Twenty-nine (29) hours per week (175 student days). Temporary, grant-funded, non-benefit eligible position funded through Title IV and contingent upon continued availability of grant funds.

August 20, 2026 with training before this date
