Hours:

Approximately 10 hours per week, with varying weekday hours depending on individual family schedules. GRO is primarily a homeschooling resource, so school/daytime hours are available with some early evenings. We're Hiring! GRO Enrichment is looking for a fun, energetic, and creative Lead Tutor who loves working with kids and making learning exciting! Our ideal candidate knows how to keep students engaged, build confidence, and turn everyday lessons into enjoyable learning experiences. Responsibilities Tutor students in reading, writing, phonics, and math, primarily at the elementary level, with the ability to support through 10th grade. Follow provided lesson plans while adding creative activities and engaging teaching methods. Adapt instruction to students' individual learning needs. Encourage student growth and communicate progress. Qualifications Experience teaching, tutoring, or working in education. Strong understanding of reading, phonics, and math through 10th grade. Knowledge of early literacy and phonics instruction preferred. Patient, dependable, and creative. Ability to make learning fun while keeping students focused.
