Join Our Team — Seeking Qualified Tutors or Afterschool Program Results Learning is hiring four experienced tutors to support the second year of this program — an after-school literacy, executive functioning, and homework support program serving students in grades 3 through 8 in Tucson, AZ. Sessions run Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:30 to 6:30 PM, August 10 through December 16, 2026, following the Tucson Unified School District school calendar. All curriculum and materials are provided by Results Learning. Paid training will be held before the program begins. What You'll Do Deliver high-quality literacy enrichment grounded in the science of reading to small groups of students (5:1 student-to-tutor ratio) Provide homework support that reinforces study habits and builds daily academic wins Coach executive functioning skills — planning, organization, task initiation, time management, and self-advocacy Help students who struggle to start tasks or stay organized build independence, without fostering dependence Build genuine rapport with students, families, and staff Track attendance, participation, and student progress each session What We're Looking For Education degree and/or active Arizona teaching license preferred; certified teachers, paraeducators, and experienced tutors all encouraged to apply At least 1 year of experience working with K-8th grade students Experience with youth programming outside the classroom (after-school programs, summer camps, Boys & Girls Club, or similar) is a plus Working knowledge of executive functioning and practical tools for planning, organization, and time management Experience serving English language learners and students with learning differences preferred Reliable transportation and the ability to consistently commit to the Monday/Wednesday schedule through December 16, 2026 What We Offer $35.00 per hour for instructional time, $25.00 per hour for planning time Paid training ahead of the program start date Rewarding, small-group tutoring in a supportive, mission-driven environment Why work with Results Learning?
