We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and committed to helping students reach their full potential. As a Tutor, you will provide academic support to students of various ages and skill levels, helping them achieve their academic goals.
Qualifications:
Consistent tutoring schedule Available to work between 2:30 PM - 7:00 PM (Monday-Friday) A passion for helping students succeed!
Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions Create personalized lesson plans based on student needs Assist with assignments and ensure understanding of materials Teach effective study skills and learning strategies Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians Collaborate with teachers and parents to create individualized education plans Use various teaching methods to engage students Foster a positive, supportive learning environment Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or currently pursuing) Prior tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience Strong knowledge of subject matter (Math, Science, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience and flexibility in adapting teaching methods Classroom management skills Experience in theater, sports coaching, childcare, or early childhood education is a plus Familiarity with childhood development principles is a plus
