We provide personalized instruction, small-group classes, and test preparation support to help students reach their full potential in challenging academic subjects. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Math Tutor to join our team of dedicated educators. The ideal candidate has a strong background in mathematics and a passion for helping middle and high school students excel in courses such as Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, and/or Precalculus . Key Responsibilities Provide engaging and effective instruction in math subjects for middle and high school students. Help students build a strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills across various math topics. Prepare students for quizzes, exams, and standardized tests through guided practice and review. Adapt lesson plans and teaching methods to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of individual students. Communicate clearly with students, parents, and academy staff regarding student progress and learning goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field . Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching or tutoring experience in middle or high school math (including Algebra through Precalculus) preferred. Strong understanding of Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, and/or Precalculus curriculum . Excellent communication, patience, and organizational skills. Enthusiasm for helping students gain confidence and mastery in math.
