Subjects Needed
  • ELA / Reading / Writing
  • Math — all levels
Test Prep:
ELPAC, CAASPP, and more Responsibilities
  • Provide engaging, one-on-one tutoring
  • Explain concepts clearly and adjust instruction to each student's needs
  • Help students improve their academic skills and confidence
  • Prepare lessons and practice materials when needed
  • Communicate professionally with students and parents
  • Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule
  • Need to be able to drive to student's home Qualifications
  • High school senior or current college student
  • Strong knowledge of the subjects you tutor
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient, dependable, and responsible
  • Passionate about helping students succeed
  • Previous tutoring or teaching experience is a plus, but not required
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
