Our AmeriCorps Members engage in a year of service at schools and community organizations, fostering skill development, emotional growth, and meaningful community engagement. This is an 11-month program commitment.

Position Sites Available:

Oakland, San Francisco, Hayward Summary As a Student Success Coach at BAYAC AmeriCorps, you will play a vital role in guiding youth towards successful educational and career paths. Positions available with our host sites include: Alameda County Office of Education, Rudsdale High school (OUSD), Mosaic Project, Think College Now (OUSD) in the East Bay and SMART program, Mission Graduates, and Huckleberry Youth Programs in San Francisco. -Apply ASAP to start this August 2026-July 2027

Collaborate with local organizations to connect youth/ families in the communities. Engage students in enrichment activities as part of the afterschool programs. Work with small groups of students to provide SEL, academic and credit recovery interventions.
