About GeniusLab GeniusLab is an on-campus after school academic intervention company partnering with elementary schools across California. We work directly on school campuses, placing dedicated tutors with small groups of 4 students to deliver personalized math and ELA support. The Role Join our after school program at Bacich Elementary School in Kentfield, CA as a part-time tutor! This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of elementary school students while gaining valuable experience working in an educational setting. If you love working with kids and have a passion for helping them grow academically, we want to hear from you! Schedule Monday through Friday, 2:53 PM - 4:00 PM Duties Deliver small group instruction in math and/or ELA to elementary school students in a fun, supportive setting Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment where students feel confident and motivated Track student attendance and progress and communicate updates with the GeniusLab team Build meaningful connections with students that make learning enjoyable and effective What We're Looking For Experience working with children in any capacity — tutoring, childcare, coaching, or teaching Enthusiastic, reliable, and patient with a genuine love for helping kids succeed Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with young learners Must pass a background check prior to start date Compensation $35/hour
