Responsibilities Support student needs across subjects such as reading, writing, and math. Support students with test preparation tutoring for standardized exams or specific assessments in subjects. Collaborate with parents or guardians to communicate student progress and recommend strategies for improvement when necessary. Experience Proven experience in tutoring or teaching reading, writing, or math. Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds including children in preschool or early childhood education settings as well as teenagers in higher education or adult education contexts. Strong classroom management skills combined with the ability to adapt lessons for special education needs or learners requiring additional support. Familiarity with working remotely using online instruction platforms and learning technology tools to enhance student engagement. Knowledge of curriculum development tailored for different age groups and educational levels; ability to plan lessons that incorporate assessment strategies effectively.
