We specialize in Singapore Math, Reading/ELA programs, homework help, public speaking, and more . We are looking for passionate ELA/Reading Tutors to join our team and help students build strong literacy skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lesson planning and literacy education, with the ability to engage students in a meaningful way. The Tutor will work with students of various ages between the grades of K through 8, and will play a vital role in fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide engaging, structured reading and writing instruction to students in small group or one-on-one settings. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs. Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment. Assist students with comprehension, vocabulary building, and writing skills. Provide instruction in literacy education, ensuring students develop essential reading and writing skills. Manage classroom dynamics effectively, promoting a respectful and productive atmosphere. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians on academic development. Requirements Proven experience in lesson planning and classroom management. Strong understanding of literacy education principles. Familiarity with learning technology tools and platforms. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
