About Us One on One Learning is a trusted provider of K-12 academic intervention , operating in 45+ school districts across 15 states. With over 3 million hours of tutoring delivered, our personalized, data-driven instruction supports measurable student growth. Position Overview We're hiring Instructional Support Specialists to work on school sites, providing individualized learning in math . This role uses research-based strategies to help students meet grade-level benchmarks and accelerate learning. Requirements 60+ credit hours toward a Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in tutoring math across grade levels ( 3rd-8th ). Two years of Teaching or Tutoring at a Title 1 School. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Passion for closing achievement gaps and student success. Schedule & Pay Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Hours 8:00am-2:30pm $30-$35/hour Why Join Us?
