In this role, you will provide engaging, personalized instruction that helps students excel academically and build confidence. Whether working online or in-person, you will leverage your expertise to adapt to diverse learning styles, foster a positive educational environment, and support students in mastering core subjects. Responsibilities Deliver tailored tutoring sessions across multiple subjects including mathematics, science, English language arts, and test preparation such as the SAT. Develop and implement customized lesson plans that align with each student's unique learning style and academic needs. Utilize learning technology tools to enhance instruction and facilitate interactive online or in-person lessons. Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies to ensure continuous improvement. Support students with special education needs by applying instructional adaptability and classroom management techniques. Foster a positive, encouraging environment that motivates students from diverse cultural backgrounds to achieve their academic goals. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to track progress and provide feedback on student development. Skills Strong background in curriculum development and instructional adaptability to meet varied student needs. Proficiency with learning technology platforms for online instruction and digital resource integration. Experience tutoring in core subjects such as mathematics, science, English language arts, and writing skills. Knowledge of diverse learning styles and strategies for working with students from different cultural backgrounds. Ability to teach English language arts effectively and support students with special education requirements. Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and educational teams.
