Responsibilities Teach Singapore Math (e.g., model drawing, number sense, critical thinking) to students across age groups (grade k-5). Design interactive, hands-on lessons aligned with Singapore Math principles to build foundational and advanced skills. Create a structured, supportive, and disciplined in-person learning environment to maximize student engagement. Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and formative evaluations. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on progress and areas for improvement. Work with the teaching team to refine and share best practices. Conduct regular progress updates with parents and address inquiries about the program. Requirements Fluent English proficiency (verbal and written) to teach and communicate complex concepts clearly. In-depth knowledge of Math teaching methodologies Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Education, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of in-person experience (e.g., schools, tutoring centers, or learning academies). Strong classroom management skills to maintain focus and discipline.
