Job Summary 310TUTORS is a dynamic education company with a vibrant learning center in Santa Monica. We specialize in after-school tutoring for K-12 students and are known for delivering high-quality, engaging instruction. We are currently hiring Math Tutors to join our in-person team. If you're passionate about teaching, excited to work directly with students, and looking for a flexible, rewarding part-time job, we'd love to hear from you. What We're Looking For We are seeking tutors who: Are proficient in mathematics subjects Are personable, empathetic, and engaging with students Have tutoring or teaching experience or a strong passion for education Are currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor's degree Are available at least 10 hours per week during weekday after-school hours (3:30-7:30 p.m.) Can work in person at our Santa Monica learning center Have additional morning or weekend availability (a plus, but not required) Subject Areas Needed Algebra I and II Geometry Precalculus Calculus Statistics Qualifications Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a degree program Strong communication skills and a reliable, professional attitude Experience working with students is preferred, but not required if you're passionate and coachable Why Work With Us Supportive, collaborative team culture Flexible part-time hours that fit your schedule Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' academic success Competitive hourly pay Career growth and mentorship opportunities Apply today to help students succeed and grow as an educator with 310TUTORS.
