October 26, 2026 Position Overview Tutors will provide structured academic support and targeted intervention to elementary students. You'll work alongside teachers and school staff to reinforce foundational ELA skills, encourage student engagement, and help students build confidence in their learning. Responsibilities Provide small-group Reinforce classroom routines and positive student engagement Track attendance and basic student progress Collaborate with teachers and school staff Qualifications Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred Strong ELA Reliable, punctual, and consistent Patient, encouraging, and comfortable working in a classroom setting Bilingual Spanish-English strongly preferred Ideal Candidates Education or child development students Aspiring teachers Instructional aides or paraprofessionals Individuals with tutoring or youth development experience Anyone interested in gaining meaningful classroom experience

Requirements:

Passion for helping students succeed, strong communication skills, patience, and a commitment to consistent attendance. BATA onboarding requirements include a background check, required online training, and TB clearance. Pay:
