Job Description

At JEN'S Learning Center , we provide high-impact, Common Core-aligned Math and English education for students from Pre-K through High School (including AP classes) . We keep our learning environment intimate and effective with a strict maximum 4:1 student-to-teacher ratio . This is a stable, long-term position offering genuine opportunities to advance your career in a vibrant, supportive environment.
Schedule & Hours:
This is a part-time position. Candidates must be available during our center hours: Mondays•
Fridays :
3:15 PM•7:15
PM Saturdays :
9:30 AM•12:30
PM What You Will Do:
Engage & Inspire :
Teach foundational and advanced concepts in a fun, high-energy, and deeply engaging way.
Small-Group Instruction :
Lead focused sessions with a small group of 3 to 4 students.
Differentiated Learning :
Proactively adapt your teaching styles to support diverse age groups, from early learners to advanced high schoolers. Collaborate on
Goals :
Work hand-in-hand with the Center Director to map out and achieve student academic milestones. Connect with
Families :
Maintain warm, positive, and professional communication with parents regarding student progress.
What We Are Looking For:
The Right Personality :
You genuinely love kids, enjoy working with them, and bring a vibrant, fun energy to the classroom.
Professionalism :
A proactive, reliable, and highly organized self-starter.
Education :
Currently enrolled College Students, or graduates holding a Bachelor's Degree or higher.
Experience :
Previous teaching or tutoring experience is required.
Subject Mastery :
Dual proficiency in both Math and English across multiple grade levels:
English :
Pre-K fundamentals, Composition, Language Arts, and High School/AP English.
Math :
