• Eye Level Union City is hiring math and English instructors for grades K-6 for school year 2026-27 and beyond.

One year teaching experience is preferred but not required. All teaching tools and material is provided. Apply with your resume and and please indicate the best time you can be reached.

Qualifications:

college student or above with at least 20 units completed English tutor must have good reading, grammar, and writing Math tutor must be able to teach upto Algebra 1 and some Geometry Being able to teach both and English would be a plus Candidates must be passionate about mentoring students.

Requirements:

Must pass math and/or English skills test Must be able to work from 3:00-7:30 pm during some weekdays Tutoring experience- one year preferred Being punctual is extremely important.

Responsibilities:

Instructors are required to complete teacher training Teach students the Eye Level curriculum provided Instruct students in a maximum 4:1 student teacher ratio Work with the Center Director to meet students' academic goals

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 2.0 - 20.0 per week
