Position Summary We are seeking a Spanish Language Tutor to support students in developing Spanish proficiency for healthcare settings. This role focuses on conversational fluency, medical terminology, and culturally competent communication with Spanish-speaking patients. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one and small group Spanish tutoring sessions Teach medical Spanish terminology relevant to clinical environments Assist students with pronunciation, grammar, and conversational skills Develop customized lesson plans based on student needs Support students in preparing for clinical interactions with Spanish-speaking patients Track student progress and provide feedback to academic staff Qualifications Fluency in Spanish and English (native or near-native proficiency) Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Education, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred) Experience teaching or tutoring Spanish (healthcare-related experience a plus) Familiarity with medical terminology or healthcare environments preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compensation $29.83
