Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Early Childhood Tutor dedicated to inspiring young learners and fostering their developmental growth. In this role, you will create engaging, age-appropriate educational experiences that promote curiosity, creativity, and foundational skills. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education will help cultivate a positive learning environment where children feel confident and excited to explore new concepts. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while developing your teaching expertise.
Schedule :
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 3:00PM - 6:30PM Saturdays 10AM - 2PM Responsibilities Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans tailored to early childhood development standards and individual student needs Utilize innovative learning technology and teaching tools to enhance classroom engagement and understanding Foster a nurturing classroom environment that encourages social-emotional growth, cooperation, and independence Manage classroom activities efficiently, ensuring a safe, organized, and inclusive space for all children Support children's learning by providing personalized tutoring sessions that address diverse learning styles and abilities Collaborate with parents and caregivers to share progress updates, discuss goals, and address any concerns Incorporate special education strategies when necessary to support children with additional learning needs Skills Strong background in early childhood education, preschool experience, or childcare settings Expertise in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for young learners Proficiency with learning technology and digital educational resources Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members Classroom management skills that promote positive behavior and active participation Experience working with children of varying abilities, including those requiring special education support Ability to adapt teaching methods for different age groups and developmental stages Join us in shaping the future by nurturing the curiosity and potential of young minds! Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
