Job Summary Hand in Hand is expanding, and we are looking for dedicated tutors to join our team. We are seeking professional, compassionate, and reliable educators who are passionate about supporting children, including those with special needs, through personalized and meaningful instruction. This role includes both one-on-one and small group (pod) sessions, as well as in-home tutoring, requiring flexibility, adaptability, and a strong commitment to each student's individual learning journey Duties Are confident teaching K-12 subjects and can adapt across grade levels Have experience working with special needs students such as ASD, ADHD, or learning differences Can implement individualized learning plans and adjust instruction based on each student's needs Are comfortable managing both one-on-one and small group settings Use effective strategies to maintain engagement and support behavior Are reliable and willing to travel for in-home sessions Are committed to continuous growth and development as educators Experience Proven experience in tutoring or teaching across various age groups and educational settings Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning for different learning levels Familiarity with learning technology tools and digital platforms used in modern education Experience working with children, including early childhood education environments Knowledge of classroom management techniques and strategies for working with students with special needs Effective communication skills to clearly convey concepts and motivate learners Prior experience in childcare settings is strongly preferred, with highly desirable experience in applied behavior settings.
