What You Will Do:

Provide individualized instruction to students to support academic growth. Manage client relationships , including scheduling and direct parent communication. Plan targeted lessons tailored to student curriculum and educational standards. Track student progress and submit weekly session hours.

What We Are Looking For:

Education & experience: Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of classroom teaching or tutoring experience required; Florida teaching certificate preferred.

Curriculum knowledge:

Familiarity with educational standards and current curriculum.

Communication skills:

Strong ability to collaborate with parents, students, and school staff.

Local availability:

Must live locally (within about 30 miles of Destin) and meet clients in person. This is not a remote position. Prior tutoring experience or individualized student support is a major plus.
