Since 2015, we have helped thousands of students strengthen academic foundations, build confidence, and achieve lasting academic success. Our structured small-group learning model (1-4 students per coach) allows students to receive personalized support while developing the skills and confidence needed to succeed both inside and outside the classroom. We are currently hiring Math & Reading Academic Coaches (K-12) for our Hialeah location. Position Overview The Hialeah center primarily supports ESOL students who are developing English proficiency and benefit from bilingual academic instruction and support. Because of this, coaches in this location play an especially important role in creating a welcoming, patient, and encouraging learning environment for both students and families. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, compassionate, and passionate about helping students grow academically and personally. Qualifications Available Monday-Friday from 4:00 PM-9:00 PM Fully fluent in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, punctual, and able to commit to a 12-month agreement Reliable transportation and residence within close proximity to the Hialeah center Seeking a long-term opportunity (not seasonal or temporary) Open to high school juniors and seniors; college applicants may qualify for positions at other locations Preferred Experience Previous tutoring, mentoring, or child-related experience preferred but not required Experience working with children, youth programs, or educational settings is a plus Positive attitude and willingness to learn within a structured instructional environment What We Offer Structured curriculum and instructional materials provided Paid training program (released upon successful completion of the 12-month commitment) Supportive and collaborative team environment Consistent scheduling with no lesson planning, grading, or take-home work Hands-on experience in education, communication, mentorship, and leadership The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on K-12 students in your community If you are patient, motivated, and passionate about helping students succeed, we would love to connect with you.
