Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our ABA Treatment Center Team. The candidate must have experience working with students of various ages with disabilities and experience teaching Access Points. This role involves developing engaging curriculum and utilizing various differentiated teaching strategies. The Tutor will be part of the treatment team. All students have one-on-one ABA support during tutoring sessions to assist with student engagement. Responsibilities Teach Access Points curriculm to small group of students Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with Access Points standards and student interests Utilize learning technology to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement if appropriate Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to provide updates on progress and areas for improvement Manage group dynamics Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly Skills Experience working with students in an educational setting, particularly Exceptional Student Education Flexiability in curriculum development skills to create effective lesson plans Proficiency in using learning technology to facilitate instruction Excellent communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues.
