About Us At One on One Learning, we provide customized academic support for K-12 students, specializing in foundational literacy, math, and test prep. We believe in scaffolded learning and creating engaging, personalized experiences that foster growth. Position Overview We are seeking Specialized Tutors to support students in their homes. Your role will involve one-on-one or small group tutoring tailored to each learner's needs using adaptive, formative, and evidence-based techniques. Responsibilities Deliver individualized, in-home tutoring that prioritizes academic mastery. Use social-emotional learning (SEL) techniques to foster student confidence. Support progress toward academic goals through targeted instruction and engagement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher. Experience tutoring K-12 students ( ELA & Math ). Comfort working in-home . Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Commitment to empowering academic excellence. Schedule & Pay Flexible after school hours (3-8pm) About 4-6 hours a week Tutoring can take place on a reservation site, public location (starbucks,library, etc) or in-home. $25/hour Why Join Us?
