Each Leader is responsible for guiding a group of students through academics, leadership development, enrichment, and daily activities while creating a safe, structured, and engaging environment. What You'll Do Lead and supervise an assigned group of students Facilitate homework support, leadership lessons, and enrichment activities Build positive relationships with students and families Reinforce character development, teamwork, and weekly affirmations Maintain a structured, safe, and engaging classroom environment Collaborate with fellow staff to deliver a highquality afterschool experience Ideal Candidate You're energetic, dependable, and passionate about working with youth.
