Responsibilities Deliver targeted tutoring sessions to elementary and middle school students across various subjects, including math, reading, and others Adapt curriculum materials tailored to individual student needs and learning styles Utilize learning technology tools to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement Manage student behavior effectively to create a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment Plan lessons that align with educational standards and incorporate best practices in special education when applicable Track student progress regularly and communicate updates to staff as appropriate Support students' needs during sessions and foster a positive attitude towards learning Qualifications Strong communication skills to clearly explain concepts and motivate students Knowledge of classroom management techniques Familiarity with learning technology platforms and tools used in modern teaching environments Demonstrated ability to adapt instructional strategies for diverse learners, including those with special education needs Prior classroom experience with elementary or middle school students is highly desirable Passion for education, patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to build rapport with young learners Embark on a rewarding journey helping students succeed!
