Club Z! Tutoring Services About the Position Club Z! Tutoring Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced SAT Tutor to provide one-on-one preparation for an 11th-grade student. We are looking for a tutor who can make SAT preparation engaging, encouraging, and confidence-building while helping the student strengthen academic skills and improve test performance. Qualifications Associate degree or higher completed At least 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience Strong understanding of SAT Math and Reading & Writing concepts Familiarity with current SAT question types, format, and test-taking strategies Ability to identify areas of weakness and develop targeted instruction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation for in-person tutoring Responsibilities Provide individualized, one-on-one SAT instruction in Math and/or Reading & Writing Assess the student's strengths and areas for improvement Teach SAT concepts, strategies, and problem-solving techniques Provide practice with SAT-style questions and timed exercises Help the student improve accuracy, pacing, time management, and test-taking confidence Reinforce foundational academic skills as needed Track student progress and adjust instruction based on performance Provide age-appropriate, engaging, and easy-to-understand explanations Communicate professionally with the family and Club Z! regarding the student's progress What We Offer Flexible scheduling One-on-one tutoring environment Competitive pay Opportunity to make a meaningful academic impact Support from the Club Z! team Consistent tutoring opportunities for qualified tutors If you are passionate about helping high school students succeed on the SAT and meet the qualifications above, we would love to hear from you!
