This role is ideal for individuals with any degree who have hands-on experience supporting neurodiverse learners in educational settings. The tutor will provide structured, individualized academic support, helping students develop core academic skills, executive functioning, and confidence in learning. Academic Support & Individualized Instruction Provide one-on-one or small-group tutoring in core subjects such as reading, writing, math, and science. Adapt lessons based on the student's learning style, strengths, and challenges. Use structured, visual, and hands-on teaching methods to increase engagement. Assist with homework, test preparation, and academic assignments. Implement special education strategies (e.g., visual schedules, social stories, multisensory learning). 2. Behavior & Social Development Support Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that accommodates sensory needs. Use positive reinforcement and structured behavioral strategies to support learning. Encourage the development of social, communication, and executive functioning skills. Help students improve focus, organization, and self-regulation during learning sessions. 3. Collaboration with Parents & Educators Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and teachers about student progress. Work in alignment with IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) or therapy plans. Provide learning strategies and recommendations for continued progress at home and school. 4. Progress Monitoring & Documentation Track student progress in academic subjects and skill development. Adjust teaching methods based on ongoing assessments and observations. Maintain detailed session notes and reports for parents and educational teams. Bachelor's degree (any field) - Preferred areas: Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.Pay:
