Position Overview:

As a Tutor with a valid Florida teaching license, you will play a vital role in our students' educational journey. You'll work one-on-one with children to provide targeted instruction, helping them overcome challenges related to reading, spelling, and overall academic confidence. Your expertise and guidance will make a lasting impact on their growth and success. The position is a part-time 1099- contractor position to begin with, and covers areas around Pensacola, FL.

Responsibilities:

Provide personalized tutoring sessions using the Barton Reading & Spelling System. Or provide tutoring in math, reading, Spanish, or other subjects. Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment. Collaborate with parents, guardians, and our team to track student progress. Utilize your teaching skills to adapt instruction to various learning styles.

Qualifications:

Valid Florida teaching license (K-12) is required. Experience working with students with learning difficulties is a plus. Passion for helping children reach their full potential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
