Our goal is to help students strengthen foundational skills, improve confidence, and succeed academically in a structured and supportive environment. We are currently expanding our Doral location and looking for dependable, bilingual tutors to join our team. Position Overview This is an in-person, after-school tutoring position focused on supporting K-12 students in math and reading. Tutors work with small groups using a structured curriculum provided by the center, allowing tutors to focus primarily on instruction and student engagement. This role is ideal for motivated high school upperclassmen or college students interested in education, leadership, or working with children. Responsibilities Lead 1-hour tutoring sessions with small groups (1-4 students) Support students using provided math and reading materials Maintain a positive and organized classroom environment Assist with basic opening/closing responsibilities Communicate professionally with students, parents, and staff Requirements Fluent in both English and Spanish Strong academic skills Comfortable working with children and teenagers Ability to pass a math and reading assessment Required availability: Monday-Friday, 3:45 PM - 8:15 PM Commitment to remain in the role for at least one year What You'll Gain Hands-on experience working with students Leadership and communication development Structured environment with no lesson planning or grading Opportunity to make a meaningful academic impact If you're dependable, patient, and passionate about helping students grow, we'd love to hear from you.
